By accessing or using Soteria ("we", "our", or "us") at soteria.rip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the platform are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If pricing changes, we will provide notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Soteria or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by Soteria without any obligation to compensate you.

6. User Content

If you submit, upload, or otherwise make available any content on the platform, you grant Soteria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soteria disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. 11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
